Writing about me in your blog I see. Yes as you know for me any film with big sfx I try to see on the big screen. I like a good drama on the big screen as well. It is mainly the comedies that I skip at the theater and wait for DVD. However if my choice is see a movie in a theater that is dirty or has problems with projection I will wait for the DVD.

This is an area that seriously needs a major change for the better and our company has just developed a unique pricing and marketing strategy to reduce the cost of the cinema tickets and the DVD sale. Some Cinemas in the UK are doing an amazing deal where they charge a flat fee of nine pounds and ninety-nine pence (that is the equivalent of 20 US dollars)per month for one year and you can see as many films as possible every month throughout the year. We personally think that that is not the best but at least it is a step in the right direction. If we don't like something as believers we can pray and ask the Lord for wisdom how to do it better. We as believers are here to make life better so that the world will know that the Lord is good to His people. On that note I prefer quality over quantity and cheapness. I love to watch movies in high quality environment and make it habit to see movies after a very hard working period (which is once every three months) the rest of time it is on DVD and even that is controlled but for our own good.

I actually don't visit the theatre but a few times a year..."Blades of Glory" was my only must see in theatres and any Jackie Chan flick...otherwise I enjoy viewing the DVD in the comfort of my own home. It's just too expensive to pay $10 per person to visit the theatre-for me the wait to DVD is easier than paying the ticket prices...not always, I did see "end of the spear" in theatres of recent Christian films...non of the other major ones hit our theatre..
